At Wing N Slice, we strive to provide the best service possible. This policy outlines our delivery areas, timeframes, and refund procedures to ensure complete transparency with our valued customers.

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver within our service areas in London.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on order size, location, and peak hours, but we aim to deliver within 30–60 minutes.
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.
  • Takeaway and dine-in options are also available.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, refunds are only provided in specific cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Missing items from your order.
  • Food quality issue reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For cash orders, customers may receive a voucher or replacement meal.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Please note that once food preparation has begun, we cannot cancel your order as the food may have already been cooked and prepared for delivery.
