Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Customers must provide accurate details (name, phone number, address, payment details).
• Payments can be made securely via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash (where applicable).
• Prices listed include VAT (if applicable).

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available only within our designated service areas.
• Estimated delivery times are 30–60 minutes but may vary during busy hours.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
• Takeaway and dine-in orders must be collected/consumed promptly.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only offered in specific cases:

• Wrong or missing items in your order.
• Quality issues reported immediately upon delivery/collection.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once food preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.

• Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or intolerances before placing an order.
